The five projects detailed in "Liaigre Creation" were started under Mr. Liaigre and completed by his team under the artistic direction of his long-time collaborative colleague Frauke Meyer, demonstrating the seamless continuation of the brand legacy: featured are a Japanese house overlooking hot thermal springs (architecture: Kengo Kuma & Associates); a modernist palace in New Delhi (architecture: SCDA Architects); a sensitive renovation of a traditional villa in St. Moritz (architecture: Powerhouse Company); an update to a glamorous Parisian Maison from the early twentieth century; and a modern reinterpretation of a Bavarian style mansion in Munich (architecture: Powerhouse Company). This volume will delight Liaigre fans, and aficionados of Liaigre’s emblematic, timeless aesthetic.
